Our products are designed and shipped from our atelier in Paris, France, while the Company is legally based in Vienna, Austria.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Order Cancellation by Us:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including after it has been placed and paid.
  • In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded using the original payment method.
  • No additional compensation, damages, or liability shall be owed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled by the customer unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro and include VAT as applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Paris, France.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch of the order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

  • Returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are strictly limited to items proven to be damaged prior to delivery, in accordance with our policy.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials associated with GUC Papas GmbH are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All garment designs and product concepts
  • Collections and creative direction
  • Photoshoots, imagery, videos, and visual content
  • Logos, branding elements, and graphics
  • Website content, text, and layout

All designs—from the garments themselves to the styling and execution of photoshoots—are original works owned solely by GUC Papas GmbH.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise required by law.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Continuous availability
