1. General Policy

All items are carefully inspected and shipped from our atelier in Paris, France. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We enforce a strict 14-day return window. After this period, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Returns (14-Day Window)

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, regardless of reason.
  • Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery are automatically rejected.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Any signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery will result in rejection.

3. Refund Policy (Strictly Limited)

  • Refunds are NOT granted for general returns.
  • Refunds are issued only if the item was already damaged prior to delivery.

4. Proof of Damage Requirement

To qualify for a refund, you must provide clear and verifiable proof that the damage existed before the item was delivered.

Required evidence includes:

  • Photos of the package before opening
  • Photos of the packaging and item immediately upon opening
  • Clear images showing the damage
  • Shipping label visible in documentation
  • Video evidence is strongly recommended

Important:

  • Damage occurring during transport or after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
  • Claims without sufficient proof will be automatically denied.
  • We reserve full discretion in determining whether the damage existed prior to delivery.

5. Return & Claim Process

  2. Submit all required evidence (if claiming damage)
  3. Wait for written confirmation before sending any item back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No valid proof that the item was damaged prior to delivery
  • Damage occurring during transport or after delivery
  • Damage caused by the customer or third parties
  • Return requests made after the 14-day period

8. Final Sale After 14 Days

After 14 days from delivery:

  • All sales are considered final
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances

9. Legal Notice

This policy is governed by Austrian law. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU regulations remain unaffected, but this policy strictly defines our return and refund conditions.
